Bans & Appeals

As part of an ongoing drive to make the community a better place and hopefully simplify things, and so you all know where you stand we are going to share with you our escalation process.

In the event anyone breaks our rules on Discord or in-game we have a very simple process of escalation.

• First Warning – 1 Hour ban in-game and/or a 1 hour timeout on Discord
• Second Warning – 3 Hour ban in-game and/or a 3 hour timeout on Discord
• Third Warning – 6 Hour ban in-game and/or a 6 hour timeout on Discord
• Fourth Warning – Permanent ban from all servers we host and Discord

Note: There is an exception to this anyone participating in Racism, Homophobia, Hate Speech and the like will be immediately banned.

Appeals Process

If you are permanently banned for for any reason you will have the opportunity to submit an appeal using the form below, you will only have one chance subsequent appeals will be ignored. So make it count.
